Payment
• First time customers are required to pay the balance in full upon placing an order into production
• Existing customers are required to pay 50% down, balance due upon delivery. Unless prior approval by accounting, the below terms apply.
Credit and Debit cards
• Quotes include a 2% cash discount
• Balances paid by credit or debit card will lose this discount
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
Checks
• To start production, funds must verify through your bank, and the check must clear the back upon delivery.
• Upon approval, we will bill you for unseen operations with promise of check mailed at the time of delivery
• Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order
• Payment due in full for first time customers
• Existing customers will pay CODs
Liability
• Sandstorm Signs’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits.
• Sandstorm Signs warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for the product and is free of material defect in workmanship.
• Sandstorm Signs makes no other warranty and no actions or words of Sandstorm Signs or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
Refund/Return Policy
• Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation.
• Custom imprinted products are nonrefundable
• +/• 5% overage/underage on products
• Changes after initial order will create a delay in final delivery and fees
• Call with any questions to the specifications. Normal turn time is 3 working days after proof approval. Delivery schedule confirmed upon request after return of final proof.
• No cash refunds. All adjustments to be applied as a credit
• If job is cancelled, there will be a cancellation fee. Subject to change depending on stage of production
• We do not accept cancellations or issue a refund once the order was processed
• We do not accept returns
• All Sales are Final
• Complaints must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of job
• Should the job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects not due to problems with the files submitted by the customer, we would rerun the job at no charge
• We maintain the right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is
• Minor printing imperfections are considered normal and will not qualify for reprint
Delivery
• Sandstorm Signs will include a tracking number with shipment when available
• Changes for shipping method or shipping address may be made once job has been printed, some changes may no be made, such as quantity.
• Charges for delivery of materials and supplies from the client or the client’s supplier to Sandstorm Signs are not included in quotations unless specified.
• Delivery charges to the customer included in quote price
• Sandstorm Signs is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping.
• Shipping changes in dates or methods may delay the delivery deadline
• Rush delivery available, charges included
• Most shipments are customized to the customer and will be discussed in detail upon the order process

Orders
• Sandstorm Signs reserves the right to refuse to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal (see Indemnity below)
• Sandstorm Signs is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans or anything to that nature (see Customer Content below)
• Reorder discount involving artwork if no changes are made
• Sandstorm Signs is only able to make changes after proof before order goes to production, which is usually within 2•3 business days
• If exact quantity is needed, we suggest you order an extra 10%
Quotes/Estimates
• All quotes are good for 30 days after assigned
• Quotes off website are a general framework and will be adjusted according to customer’s order
• Quotes turnaround times start when you give the final approval on your order, not from when the order is first submitted
Right to Subcontract
• Sandstorm Signs has the right to assign any portion of the work to another contractor
Order Approval
• Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process
• Sandstorm Signs is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Misspelling, graphics, bleeds, grammar, damage fonts, punctuation, wrong cuts, incorrect or missing folds, finished product size
• By placing orders for design or products through Sandstorm Signs “I agree to the following terms”. I have verified that spelling and content are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout. I understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears here, that I cannot make any changes once my order is placed and that I assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
Customer Content
• You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. The means that you, and not Sandstorm Signs, are entirely responsible for all Content that you use from Sandstorm Signs or send, upload, or transmit.
• You acknowledge that Sandstorm Signs does not pre-screen Content, but that Sandstorm Signs and its affiliates shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to remove any Content that violates the terms of service or may otherwise be objectionable. You further acknowledge and agree that Sandstorm Signs may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the terms of service; (c) respond to claims that the Content violates the rights of third•parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Sandstorm Signs, its users and the public
Indemnity
• You agree that you shall indemnify and defend Sandstorm Signs and all parties from whom Sandstorm Signs has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or relating to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products. This will apply regardless of responsibility for negligence.
